Hello there, i recently bought myself a kamvas 13 graphics tablet three days ago, and i seem to be having issues with it disconnecting at random intervals. the power button keeps flashing on and off while it's connecting and reconnecting. my normal monitor isn't effected by this. and the screen on the kamvas also doesn't seem to be affected.

02-05-2021 12:15 AM in. TLDR; Air Actions in my Note 10+ are unusable because my S pen cannot connect at all. All other functions work (writing and selecting), but it bugs me that Air Actions just won't. Troubleshooting tips don't work. I have tried all troubleshooting tips for disconnected S pens on the Samsung website, but none seems to work.

Try re-pairing your pen and run the surface diagnostic toolkit, and yeah it'll be pretty hard to see if the issue is with the pen or the device, if trying to fix it through software doesn't work maybe look into getting replacements. Doesn't happen to me. There is no other way but test with a different pen.

Once I had gotten all of my apps setup, I then noticed that everytime I took the S Pen out of the phone (after it had been in there at least 15-20 minutes), I would get a long connection attempt, followed by an "S Pen Disconnected" notification.
